Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between Lucie Blažková, trading as Blazbyte, and the customer using the Services.

1. Services

Blazbyte provides three focused services: Windows RDP servers, Ubuntu RDP servers and private VPN gateways. The exact resources, limits, region, billing cycle and selected add-ons are shown at checkout and in the customer portal.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order, accepting the checkout boxes or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement, Refund Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.

3. Account and authentication

  1. Portal access uses email-based magic links. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.
  2. You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
  3. You are responsible for activity on your services, including activity by users or VPN profiles you create or share.

4. Orders, provisioning and payment

  1. Prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Recurring fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle.
  3. Orders may require manual payment confirmation and provisioning review before activation.
  4. We may reject or cancel orders that fail fraud, abuse or compliance review.
  5. Invoices are issued electronically and are available in the customer portal.

5. Customer content and credentials

You remain responsible for content, software, credentials, VPN profile use and data stored or transmitted through the Services. First-login credentials should be rotated after provisioning. Credential resets are handled through support tickets.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal content, spam, abuse, DDoS attacks, unauthorized scanning, open proxy operation, credential theft and similar harmful activity are prohibited.

7. Availability

Availability commitments and credits are described in the Service Level Agreement. Support tickets are the source of truth for customer-specific incidents and service changes.

8. Suspension and termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, legal risk or material breach of these Terms.
  2. You may request cancellation through the customer portal. Services remain active until the end of the paid period unless terminated earlier for breach.
  3. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

9. Privacy and data processing

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Where Blazbyte processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

10. Windows licensing

Windows Server licensing is included only for the specific Windows RDP service sold by Blazbyte and only while the subscription is active. You may not redistribute or sublicense Microsoft software.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazbyte's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost data except where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email or through the customer portal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions should be sent to hello@blazbyte.com.
