Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy keeps Blazbyte RDP and VPN services lawful, stable and useful for legitimate customers.
1. Prohibited content
- Illegal content, including CSAM, terrorist content and intellectual property infringement.
- Phishing, malware, exploit kits, command-and-control infrastructure or credential theft.
- Spam, fake reviews, unsolicited bulk messaging or open relay operation.
- Stalkerware, spyware and non-consensual monitoring tools.
2. Prohibited activities
- DDoS, DoS, brute force attacks or unauthorized intrusion attempts.
- Scanning, probing or exploiting third-party systems without permission.
- Operating public open proxies, public VPN resale pools or Tor exit nodes.
- Crypto mining or resource abuse on RDP servers.
- Using VPN services to evade law enforcement, sanctions, fraud controls or platform bans.
- Torrenting or distributing infringing material.
3. Fair use
Plans include the traffic limits shown at checkout. Sustained abuse, repeated complaints or traffic materially above plan limits may require upgrade, throttling or suspension.
4. Abuse reports
Send abuse reports to abuse@blazbyte.com. Include IP address, timestamp with timezone, logs and a clear description.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may notify the customer, restrict traffic, suspend the service, terminate the service, preserve logs or cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Windows licensing
Windows Server licensing is tied to the Windows RDP service. Redistribution, sublicensing or license extraction is prohibited.
